Hmmm, love the Photoshop. Don't have the latest v., but I use it almost daily.
What is your end product/output? - Describe or specify: Print, Web, Video, and/or other...
Now a days, it's 95% for web out put, just posting on Flickr.
What is the focus of your work in Photoshop? - Describe or specify: Photographic, Photographic-Design, Design, and/or other...
Basic editing, image manipulation, nothing fancy, no animation, don't do 25+ layers ... unless someone is paying me to.
